Herts Young Homeless are delighted to be taking part in Helping Herts Week 2026! 

Youth homelessness is not inevitable. In Hertfordshire, it's preventable. The biggest cause of youth homelessness is family breakdown. This is why our mission is to prevent youth homelessness in Hertfordshire through education, advice and support for young people and their families. As a charity we supported 16,334 young people last year. 

Thanks to the generosity of Helping Herts, everything raised between the 6th-12th July is eligible for match-funding. Doubling the difference you can make to young people and their families. 

About Helping Herts: 
Co-founded by Gordon Morrison and Jim Thatcher in 2021, Helping Herts is a non-profit organisation that supports charities by raising funds for vital services benefiting our young people and families across Hertfordshire. Since its founding, Helping Herts has raised thousands for local causes and continues to grow this support year after year.
